These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the HarvestHUB Agricultural Crowdfunding Platform, operated by EverythingNIGERIA and Partners. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Platform: The HarvestHUB website, digital applications, and associated services.
Member: An individual who has fully registered, bought a food package, and received an active MIN.
MIN: Membership Identification Number, a unique identifier assigned upon activation.
Package: A curated selection of agricultural produce and essential commodities that grants members exclusive access to discounted rates on both farm-fresh and packaged goods.
Moratorium: A mandatory waiting period before service benefits become accessible, typically spanning the calendar month immediately following the month of package procurement.
Brand Manager: A Member who has achieved Silver or Gold referral thresholds.

• Eligibility: Membership is open to all Nigerians, whether residing within the country or in the diaspora, irrespective of tribe, language, color, religion, or social status.
• Mandatory Requirement: Every active member must have at least one (1) paid Food Package at ₦12,000 to access platform benefits.
• Package Duration: Each purchased Food Package remains active and valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation.
• Profile Creation: You must provide accurate and verifiable information, including your full personal details and a designated Next of Kin.
• Multiple Memberships: A single user profile linked to a MIN is permitted to hold and manage not more than five (5) Packages at any given point.
• Account Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access.

• Earning Points: Points are accumulated based on activity: 1 pt per direct referral, 2 pts for farmland facilitation, and 3 pts for joining the HarvestHUB Cooperative.
• Referral Bonuses: A ₦1,000 bonus is awarded upon the successful purchase of a food package by your referee. Payments are processed through Access Bank Primus.
• Brand Managers: Members achieving Silver (20 points) or Gold (50 points) status are entitled to monthly stipends. Gold Brand Managers additionally receive an extra live chicken.

• Same-Month Refund: 100% full refund if requested within the same calendar month of initial registration payment.
• Moratorium Refund: Requests during the Moratorium Period incur a 30% surcharge to cover administrative and operational allocations.

• Discounts: Active Members receive a 20% discount on farm produce and a 10% discount on packaged items.
• Purchase Limits: Standard Members have a maximum purchase limit of ₦80,000 per month. Brand Managers have a maximum limit of ₦100,000 per month.
• Order Deadlines: Pre-booking is compulsory. Deadlines are the 5th and 20th of every month. Pickup dates are the 15th and 30th.

• Live Chicken Entitlement: Every active member is entitled to one (1) live chicken after six (6) months of continuous registration.
• Gold Manager Bonus: Members with Gold Brand Manager status are entitled to two (2) live chickens under the same duration terms.
• Network Initiatives: From time to time, HarvestHUB will research and recommend credible network initiatives for the benefit and growth of our community.

Members who are involved in agribusiness-related ventures and wish to leverage the HarvestHUB ecosystem must adhere to the following:

• Partnership Letter: A formal partnership letter must be submitted to the management for review.
• Pricing Commitment: Partners must be ready to offer a minimum of 20% discount on farm produce and/or a 10% discount on packaged products to the HarvestHUB community.

Members of HarvestHUB are automatically eligible members of the HarvestHUB Cooperative Society. This membership grants access to premium benefits, including:

• Access to specialized Medical and Health insurance structures.
• Inclusion in structured Recreation and Welfare programs.
• Eligibility for cooperative-driven agricultural credit and asset acquisition schemes.

Note: Registration details, administrative protocols, and operational mandates are completely exclusive to the terms of the Cooperative Group, which is run by a distinct and separate management team.

Every active Member agrees to a mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donation of ₦10,000 at the end of each year to support community development.

Any attempt to manipulate the system or commit fraud will result in immediate account termination and legal prosecution under Nigerian law.

HarvestHUB is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to third-party gateway downtimes or maintenance.

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation).

HarvestHUB reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
